Palmares
Five of the 18 holes of Palmares are situated on sand-dunes along the Atlantic coast on the Meia Praia beach.
The remaining 13 holes are laid out among gently undulating hills.
Hole no. 5, Stroke Index 1 is, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the most outstanding links hole in Europe.
Most of other holes enjoy either panoramic views over the Bay of Lagos or of the more distant Monchique hills.
Palmares Course is a Par 71, including 11 par 4's, three par 5's, and 4 par 3's.
